Department: Operations
Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating and improving manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and safety
- Collect production data to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
- Develop or update standard work instructions, process flow diagrams, and documentation
- Participate in Lean/Kaizen activities such as 5S, time studies, waste identification
- Contribute to troubleshooting production issues and proposing corrective actions
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline
- Ideally in 3nd–4th year of study
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
