Intern in Manufacturing Engineering Department

Department: ​Operations 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluating and improving manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and safety
• Collect production data to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
• Develop or update standard work instructions, process flow diagrams, and documentation
• Participate in Lean/Kaizen activities such as 5S, time studies, waste identification
• Contribute to troubleshooting production issues and proposing corrective actions

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline
• Ideally in 3nd–4th year of study 
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
