Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspection of incoming materials (laboratory testing, visual inspection, and documentation review) using appropriate measurement tools and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications prior to release to manufacturing.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of the Certified Materials Program, ensuring efficient and controlled material acceptance processes.
  • Participate in protocol material validation activities.
  • Perform calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Collaborate with Supplier quality and cross-functional teams during non-conformance investigations and material quality issue resolution.
  • Evaluate rejected materials, accurately record non-conformances in quality systems, and support material disposition activities.
  • Initiate material sorting activities and assess materials after processing to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation, supervise reject cage activities, and support inventory management processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing material quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

 

Requirements:

  • Laboratory experience preferred.
  • College or Vocational School education in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • English and Lithuanian language skills required.
  • Ability to work accurately with measurement equipment and laboratory instruments.
  • Working with SAP system is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance standards.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated environment would be considered an advantage.

1800-2300 euros gross/month
