Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Supply Chain team and key suppliers to drive Scope 3 carbon emissions reduction and implement human rights due diligence
- Develop data reporting guidelines and working with Supply Chain to ensure data is accurate, supporting documentation is defined and collected, and information is reported according to necessary timelines to meet business needs.
- Identify and implement a supplier risk due diligence platform to ensure compliance
- Work with suppliers to conduct ESG training program
- Lead Human Rights Committee to advance program across the company
- Provide technical guidance on regulatory topics, including Extended Producer Responsibilities (EPR), CBAM and EUDR, and ensure compliance for relevant commodities
- Support Hollister’s global Climate Change program and annual ESG reporting, including responses to EcoVadis and customer data requests
- Monitor ESG trends and regulations, and lead related projects using strong organizational and project management skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or environmental sustainability
- 2–5 years of experience in supplier sustainability, Scope 3 emissions, or human rights due diligence
- Working knowledge of CSRD, GRI, SBTi, OECD, TCFD, EcoVadis, and other ESG related frameworks and requirements highly preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain regulatory requirements
- Prior exposure to highly regulated industries such as medical or manufacturing preferred
- Strong project management and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and across time zones
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ESG data tools and reporting systems
- Fluent in English

Salary
2200-3600 €/mon. gross
Salary from 2200 (before taxes) after assessing your competencies and work experience.
