The Sales and Market Access Manager Finland is the leader of the local commercial team and an active contributor to both the Ostomy Brand Team and the Continence Care Brand Team.
The Sales and Market Access Manager leads the Finnish sales a team to deliver against sales growth and market share gain objectives, in line with the Annual Operating Plan.
Work in close collaboration with the cross-functional team seek to achieve optimal positions on tenders with our product portfolio, including listing of new products and securing margins
This position drives Commercial Excellence by leading, coaching and supporting the sales team and is expected to be working with a good balance between strategic and execution level.

Sales Planning and Execution
• Develop and execute sales strategy to meet sales targets for the country.
• Achieve sales growth, new fit and market share objectives laid out in the Annual Operating Plan
• Ensure cross functional execution of tactical sales cycle plans, account plans, customer segmentation and targeting to achieve sales objectives in close cooperation and alignment with marketing according to the AMP= Annual marketing plan, including implementing campaigns and tactics consistent with brand and product launch strategies
• Monitor progress against targets and identify issues / opportunities to drive accelerated performance.
• Continuously develop, train and living Hollister´s selling process (PSS= Professional Selling Skills)
• Co-travelling with sales representatives, ensuring collective and individual training, coaching and appraising.
Commercial Excellence
• Develop the best Commercial Team
• Recruit, retain, coach and develop talented Territory Managers.
• Ensure successful on-boarding, training and mentoring of all new hires in the sales team
• Drive Commercial Excellence to increase customer satisfaction and provide a superior customer experience (Selling with Insights)
• Drive and be a role model for the organization in working cross functionally to drive commercial excellence.
• Continuously develop the use of our CRM system (SFDC) with the sales team to ensure that sales activities, product launches as well as campaigns are well implemented and followed-up upon.
• Conduct regular sales meetings ensuring alignment between sales and marketing; participate in congresses occurring on your area, in industry exhibitions and any other event of public relations.
• Develop opportunities for enhanced sales growth and submit business proposal.
• Analyze sales results & territory sales together with each sales representative and agree/suggest and initiate corrective actions.
Market Access & Tenders
• Support Nordic Market Access Manager and Tender and Contract Manager (country) with activities to secure our product portfolio on upcoming and existing tenders/price agreements with highest possible access.
• Support the Nordic Market Access Manager and Tender and Contract Manager (country) in the development of the strategic and tactical plan for each tender/price agreement and ensure effective implementation.
• Establish network with relevant key stakeholders and partners in the country to maximize our market access.
• Follow-up on in collaboration with the cross-functional team the execution of the tactical and strategic elements of the tender and monitor achievements of sales objectives.
• Gather market insights (including competitor activity) from Territory Managers and customers and share with Marketing and through Nordics Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Active participation and contribution in the Dansac and Hollister Nordic and Global Market Access meetings
Other
• Actively contribute and act as a role model for ‘One Nordic’ mindset throughout the organization.
• Attending Global Sales Excellence meetings and contribute to global projects and/or initiatives based upon request.
• Manage the Sales & Marketing Coordinator: make sure there is the right split between sales, marketing and tender support activities, supporting the local cross-functional team.
Essential Functions of the Role:
• Must be able to travel within the country and the Nordics and participate at internal & international/Nordic sales meeting and external congresses.
• Must hold a valid driving license
Work Experience Requirements
• Overall experience: 8-10 years
• Minimum of 3 years in a sales management position/sales training
• 8-10 years sales experience from Medical Device Industry/ Pharmaceutical Industry/ Channel and Bandagist desirable
Education Requirements
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related area or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is EUR 69,220 – EUR 108,774. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Sales Incentive Scheme with potential to earn up to 25% of annual base salary.
