The postholder will support the HR Manager in implementing and carrying out various human resources processes and initiatives for all company Associates aligned with Hollister's Mission, Vision and People Strategy. The postholder is also responsible for providing a proactive HR service to the Benelux & Nordics region. 

The role is a fixed-term and part-time position of ~15/20 h per week.

 

Responsibilities:

General responsibilities

•    Support the HR Manager to deliver the people agenda for Benelux & Nordics.

•    Participate in team meetings and facilitate communication updates within the respective regions.

•    In cooperation with HR Manager, give guidance to people leaders and associates on HR admin practicalities. 

•    Maintain good cooperation and collaboration with all the departments.

•    Support business change and continuous improvement as appropriate.

•    Cultivate the Hollister Culture serving as a role model of our Bold Behaviors and Immutable Principles. 

 

Talent Acquisition

•    Help with planning, coordinating and conducting the recruitment process.

•    Drive communication to wider org on vacancies, referral programs etc. 

•    Screen CVs and support HR with interviews as needed. 

•    Support hiring managers in planning a successful onboarding plan.

•    Help draft job descriptions and review new hire announcements to guarantee clarity/alignment to corporate guidelines.

 

HR Processes & Tools

•    Support annual HPM and DSP processes by guiding Managers in terms of deadlines and practical system knowledge.

•    Support HR Manager with pulling data and reports and conducting high level analysis 

 

I&D, wellbeing, engagement

•    Help to create, coordinate and implement activities to raise awareness of I&D topics among the leadership teams and associates in support of local I&D Champions.

•    Play an active role on wellbeing initiatives across the business.

•    Support associates’ surveys (AES, Exit Surveys); help analyze results and collecting concrete actions accordingly.

•    Make sure Associates are well informed about global offerings such as IEAP.

 

Operational and HR Admin tasks

•    Guarantee records archive accuracy and proper document retention. 

•    Support with local handbooks regular updates (as needed).

•    Responsible for updating Organizational Charts.

•    Support in creating presentation materials for recurring meetings and processes (QBR, Talent Reviews, Nordic Updates, MMR, Business Reviews).

•    Coordinate local HR training/events.

•    Attend Global HR meetings (virtual) with HR manager. 

 

Others

•    Other duties, ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

 

Essential Functions of the Role:

•    Operate a laptop.

•    Good computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

•    Number of Overall Years Necessary: 0-2

 

Education Requirements

•    Degree in humanities, business or similar is plus. 

 

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:

•    Trustworthy and demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with discretion.

•    Exhibited capability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally.

•    Action and detail orientated.

•    Strong sense of urgency and ownership. Ability to multi-task is essential.

•    Interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business, both locally and globally.

•    Positive attitude and behaviors.

•    Ability and habit to work both independently and in team.

 

Local Specifications (English and Local Language):

•    Fluent in local language and English, both written and verbal communication.

 

Salary

•  The rate for this position is 180-200 DKK per hour.
