Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist II supports end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent management processes across global and local operations. The role partners with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, assess, hire, and onboard talent while contributing to talent programs, employee experience initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. This position combines operational excellence with stakeholder collaboration and ensures a consistent, high-quality candidate and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract, screen, and assess candidates using multiple channels including job boards, agencies, universities, and networking.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication.
- Manage onboarding activities including documentation, background checks, and orientation programs.
- Maintain and support HR systems (e.g., ATS, LMS) and ensure data accuracy and reporting.
- Contribute to talent programs such as internships, contingent workforce, and employee experience initiatives.
- Support employer branding activities and external talent engagement efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver training logistics, communications, and talent-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and internal guidelines.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage administrative tasks such as invoices, records, and shared mailboxes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data appropriately.
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.
Essential Functions of the Role
- Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
- Maintain and analyze data using tools like Excel, SAP, or HRIS systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company and legal standards.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Resolve inquiries and issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Adhere to company policies, including those related to ADA, data privacy, and ethics.
- Maintain secure handling of sensitive information.
- Support audits and regulatory reporting as needed.
Education & Work Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience
Education & Work Preferences
Experience using HR systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Experience supporting global or multi-site organizations.
- Exposure to employer branding, employee experience, or talent development initiatives.
- Familiarity with contingent workforce programs or internship management.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Project management experience and continuous improvement mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Experience in fast-paced or high-volume hiring environments.
