Responsibilities:

Recruitment (80%)
- Lead and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives across multiple business units.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters and Hiring managers on best practices.
- Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies for niche and leadership roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand workforce planning needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategy.
- Oversee vendor management, including negotiation of service agreements and performance reviews.
- Manage third party contingent worker (recruiters only)
- Ensure compliance with global and local hiring regulations and standards. Manage end-to-end recruitment module on SuccessFactors and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage end-to-end offer process including drafting offers, approvals, negotiations, and release.
- Identify and implement cost-effective measures of hiring.
- Prepare, analyze, and present weekly and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Conduct data-driven analysis of recruitment metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement (20%)
- Support Manager HR in recruitment-related HR operations for the site (e.g., onboarding/offboarding of new hires, recruitment process audits, documentation).
- Conduct regular audits of recruitment data in HR systems and submit reports to Manager HR.
- Handle agreements and invoices of recruitment service providers.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership review.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on recruitment data analysis.
