Responsibilities:

Recruitment (80%)

 

  • Lead and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters and Hiring managers on best practices.
  • Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies for niche and leadership roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand workforce planning needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategy.
  • Oversee vendor management, including negotiation of service agreements and performance reviews.
  • Manage third party contingent worker (recruiters only)
  • Ensure compliance with global and local hiring regulations and standards. Manage end-to-end recruitment module on SuccessFactors and ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage end-to-end offer process including drafting offers, approvals, negotiations, and release.
  • Identify and implement cost-effective measures of hiring.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present weekly and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis of recruitment metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

 

HR Operations & Employee Engagement (20%)

  • Support Manager HR in recruitment-related HR operations for the site (e.g., onboarding/offboarding of new hires, recruitment process audits, documentation).
  • Conduct regular audits of recruitment data in HR systems and submit reports to Manager HR.
  • Handle agreements and invoices of recruitment service providers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership review.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on recruitment data analysis.
