Summary
The lead HR Analyst, Shared Services partners with HR stakeholders to deliver workforce reporting, analytics, and operational support. The role gathers reporting requirements, develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and metrics, ensures data integrity, supports HR processes across multiple functional areas, and provides insights that enable informed decision-making. The position collaborates with HR and HRIS teams and leverages SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics tools to support business and compliance needs.
Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into actionable reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize reports, metrics, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools, including Story Reports.

Support the migration and modernization of reporting solutions, including the transition of legacy reports to current reporting platforms.

Generate, distribute, modify, and maintain operational reports across HR functional areas, including recruiting, performance management, position management, job data, and compensation.

Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency and perform data audits to maintain high-quality employee information.
Essential Functions of the Role
- Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
- Maintain and analyze data using tools like Excel, SAP, or HRIS systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company and legal standards.
Education & Work Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8-12 years of related experience
Education & Work Preferences

Experience with Power BI and data visualization solutions.

Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery reporting and dashboards.

Experience supporting workforce analytics, reporting automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience working in a global or cross-functional HR shared services environment.
