Summary

The Specialist Global Compensation Operations II, under moderate supervision, will collaborate with the Global Compensation Team and HRIS-Team to assist with Compensation Operation matters, as well as support the overall activities in the Global Compensation Department for both domestic and global plans.  The role is responsible for providing support through data entry, reporting and day-to-day activities of the function.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the completeness of the company’s data submissions to various domestic and international compensation surveys (in coordination with local HR management as needed).
  • Ensure the Market Data Management system used to house market data, including loading of employee data, and loading survey data is correct.
  • Work with Compensation team to create, maintain and audit HR master data in HR system
  • Assist with support and maintenance of the Recognition system, including but not limited to reporting, answering questions and processing.
  • Responsible for reviewing company position titling convention for all newly created roles and modifying as needed, while ensuring proper approval based on the Delegation of Authority.
  • Assist with maintaining the Position Management Module and Job Profile Builder in HRIS system.
  • Supports Compensation team with manual processes.
  • Supports HR Business Partners on questions as needed.
  • Partner with HRIS team on system issues or corrections that are identified
  • Other duties as needed or required

Education & Work experience requirement

Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience

 

Education & Work Preference

Working in an analytical role, preferably supporting compensation programs or HRIS systems, such as SuccessFactors.
