Senior RPA Developer I

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will bring specific focus on automation design capabilities, and automation (BOTs) development, troubleshooting, debugging and/or additional programming. Under minimal direction, the RPA Developer creates and designs new code on current software, UiPath, and performs enhancements on existing automation code and any new software attributed to their department. Will be required to be on-site minimum 3 days a week.

Responsibility :
•    Participates in gathering all necessary automation requirements and works with team members to identify such requirements and automation opportunities.
•    High concentration of testing robotic processes to verify steps are completed accurately in a technical manner following the teams operating model for delivery and governance. 
•    Creates solution design documentation, which describes in detail how a bot automation is set up and functioning. 
•    Leads integration and UAT tests to identify and correct any issues with the technical setup of the robotic process. 
•    Trains associates (users) on how to use and maintain the robotic processes delivered, including monitoring automations and escalating any automation related issues to the RPA manager and appropriate stakeholders.
•    Works and thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment. Designs and develops all RPA related work with the value of the business users in mind and utilizes technology to its most efficient ability.
•    Support deployments and/or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and as needed.
