Senior ESG Reporting Lead

Summary 

The Senior ESG Reporting Lead is responsible for leading enterprise environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting processes, governance, and data management activities. The role drives the collection, validation, assurance, analysis, and disclosure of ESG and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) information, supports regulatory compliance, and enables transparent sustainability reporting across global operations. The position partners with cross functional stakeholders to strengthen data quality, reporting capabilities, and organizational sustainability performance. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead global ESG and EHS data collection, validation, assurance, and reporting activities. 

• Manage reporting processes to support compliance with applicable ESG and sustainability disclosure requirements, including CSRD, ESRS, and other relevant regulations. 

• Coordinate greenhouse gas emissions reporting and climate related disclosures, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions data. 

• Develop, maintain, and enhance ESG and EHS reporting systems, processes, and controls. 

• Implement data quality, validation, and audit readiness practices to improve reporting accuracy and completeness. 

• Support implementation, administration, and optimization of ESG data management platforms. 

• Contribute to climate risk assessments, scenario analyses, and regulatory reporting initiatives. 

• Support development of annual sustainability reporting materials through data analysis and narrative content preparation. 

• Monitor emerging ESG, sustainability, and environmental regulations and support organizational compliance efforts. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Operations, Procurement, Communications, and other business functions. 

• Conduct materiality assessments, benchmarking activities, and sustainability performance evaluations. 

• Provide recommendations to improve ESG transparency, reporting effectiveness, and performance outcomes.
