Summary:
|
|
A Product Manager II would Identify and implement product and digital marketing tactics to fulfill commercial and brand strategies. Organizes resources, digital initiatives, and cross-functional inputs to deliver marketing plans. Manages professional resources supporting product and digital marketing activities. He/ She would be responsible for all aspects of Product and category marketing and Clinical Marketing for Hollister commercial India.

Responsibilities:
|
|
- Product & Portfolio Marketing
- Execute product marketing strategy for ostomy portfolios in India.
- Translate global product strategy into India-relevant positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Lead new product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization.
- Develop pricing, value propositions, and promotional frameworks in coordination with Sales and Finance.
2. Digital Marketing & Patient Engagement
- Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives including websites, campaigns, social media, CRM, and content platforms.
- Drive digital patient and clinician engagement programs in line with compliance and privacy standards.
- Use digital analytics to track campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and engagement outcomes.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent digital brand presence
3. Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Develop and deploy sales enablement tools, both physical and digital, to support field execution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Education, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Global teams to ensure launch and campaign readiness.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights to refine product and digital tactics.
4. Clinical Marketing
- Drive clinically compliant messaging and education programs aligned with evidence, guidelines, and best practices.
- Partner with clinicians, KOLs, and clinical educators to develop therapy-focused content and programs.
- Support clinical adoption and differentiation through protocols, pathways, and outcomes-based communication.
- Ensure all clinical marketing activities meet regulatory, ethical, and medical governance standards.
5. Collaboration & Interaction
- Interacts with senior departmental managers and builds collaborative networks across functions.
- Works closely with regional sales leadership to ensure consistent execution.
- Adapts communication and messaging based on customer, channel, and digital context.

Work Experience Requirements
|
|
Total Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in product and/or digital marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
Experience Type:
- Prior experience managing professional medical marketing teams required
|

Education Requirements
|
- Bachelor Required
- MBA in Marketing is preferred (Tier-1 B School preferred)
|
|
Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:
|
- Expertise in product marketing, portfolio lifecycle management, and launch excellence.
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM, content management, and analytics.
- Ability to translate clinical and technical features into digital and field-ready value propositions.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance, data privacy, and ethical digital promotion
