Summary:
Support Ballina Maintenance team in spare parts management and maintenance planning processes. Activities include reviewing inventory, managing approval processes, updating maintenance records, and generating reports
Responsibilities:
Review spare parts inventory and usage - Identify unused/expensive parts - Recommend stock level adjustments - Implement approval processes for stock changes - Weekly spare parts and MTBF reporting - Update Preventative Maintenance (PM) records in Blue Mountain - Scan and attach work orders - Generate Bill of Materials for PM - Run weekly maintenance reports - Ensure risk assessments for overdue PMs - Input daily check sheets

Graduation from a recognized University
Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Maintenance best practices - Ability to write clear PMs - Principles of maintenance planning - Generation of Bills of Material - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Fluent in English
