Summary
The IT Developer I is an entry‑level professional who supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise applications and digital solutions. The role collaborates with senior developers, testers, and product owners to deliver high‑quality software aligned with organizational standards. This position focuses on learning modern development practices, strengthening programming skills, and contributing to technical problem‑solving.
Responsibilities
• Assist in developing software applications using languages such as Java, Python, C#, or .NET.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews.
• Support database operations, including writing SQL queries and working with relational or cloud databases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Use Git‑based version control and contribute to CI/CD activities.
• Document code, requirements, and technical resolutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply new learning to projects.
Essential Functions of the Role
- Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Work Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with no previous professional experience
Education & Work Preferences
Foundational knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and basic database concepts.
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) or tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Internship or project experience in software development.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute in a collaborative environment.
