Summary
The Financial Analyst I provides business-partnering and analytical support to leaders within assigned functions or business units. The role supports annual and in-year plans, delivers month-end reporting with insights, and partners with leaders across business and corporate functions to inform decisions. This role collaborates globally and locally with functions including Business Units, Marketing, Market Access, Product Development, Finance/Pricing, Sales, Operations, and Legal to enable informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Partner with functional and business leaders to support annual planning, periodic forecasts, and management reviews.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual performance results versus plan/forecast; explain variances, identify drivers, and highlight risks and opportunities using key performance indicators.
- Develop, improve, and automate standard and ad-hoc reports and planning models using Excel, Power BI, Power Query.
- Support cross-functional and global projects.
- Contribute to system projects (e.g., upgrades, design changes, data integrity efforts) and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency and insight quality.
- Provide clear, concise communication and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Maintain and analyze data using tools like Excel, SAP, or HRIS systems.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvements or automation opportunities.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain secure handling of sensitive information.
Education & Work Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with no previous professional experience
Education & Work Preferences
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business/Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Power Query, and other advanced analytics tools.
- Experience with SAP and BPC.
