The Customer Service Representative is responsible in collaboration with the rest of the Nordic Customer Service organization to support the Nordic Business Units to secure the delivery of a superior customer experience. The Customer Service Representative role will take lead on the management of customer orders and calls, is lead internally for the process of customer complaint registration and is expected to handle other customer related matters on demand. The Customer Service organization also support the Sales and Marketing organization with various on demand tasks related to external activities.
A key factor for the success of this role is to have a close cross-country and cross-functional collaboration within the Nordics.


Responsibilities:
• Deliver a superior customer experience for both our internal and external customers.
• Handle orders, calls, backorders and claims based upon the KPI for the department.
• Outbound calls to customers and pro-active approach towards customers and collaboration partners based upon request.
• Administrative back-office tasks: tender support, pricelists updates, etc.
• Quality and high degree of service is an important focus area.
• Performance driven approach towards our daily tasks to secure an efficient handling of tasks.
• During the year participate in customer events.
• Daily handling of office tasks such as sample and marketing material handling, office supply.
• Written and oral communication with customers and end users.


Essential Functions of the Role
Present in our local office in Kgs. Lyngby.


Work Experience Requirements
• Customer Service Experience
• Background in medical device/nursing or equivalent is an advantage. 


Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:
• Ability to work under own initiatives.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize activities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt fast to changes.
• Good communication, interpersonal, service and networking skills – strong oral and written comprehension and expression
• Confident and competent on the telephone, in person, in writing professional e-mails and in a customer-facing environment.
• Great experience & knowledge of SAP
• Good level of competence in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM system, outlook, E-commerce (highly recommended)
• Team player with a friendly, helpful attitude who goes the extra mile to get the job done.

Local Specifications (English and Local Language):
• Fluent in English & one Nordic language (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with other Nordic languages is a plus. 

Salary & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is DKK 354.165 - DKK 556.545. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister HPM Scheme with potential to earn up to 7,5 % of annual base salary.
