The Customer Service Representative Admin (fixed term/student worker) is responsible, in collaboration with the rest of the Nordic Customer Service organization, to support the Nordic Business Unites to secure the delivery of superior customer experience. The postholder will help handle customer orders, take on administrative tasks and overall support the Nordic Customer Service team.
Responsibilities:
• Support the CS team and CS Manager in delivering superior customer experience for both our internal and external customers.
• Daily orders handling.
• Administrative back-office tasks.
• Back up for CS Reps with administrative tasks with customers, end users and CS Team.
Essential Functions of the Role
• Present in our local office in Lyngby.
Work Experience Requirements
• Knowledge of SAP system is a requirement.
Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:
• Willing to learn and adapt.
• Good communication, interpersonal, service and networking skills – strong oral and written comprehension and expression.
• Good level of competence in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, SAP.
• Team player with a friendly, helpful attitude who goes the extra mile to get the job done.
Local Specifications (English and Local Language):
• Danish and English, both written and verbal.
