Summary

The Senior Business Analyst will report to the Manufacturing Systems & Digital Operations Manager and serve as a strategic partner to Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and IT stakeholders and act as an Application Owner for Quality and Batch management applications.

This role is responsible for analyzing, designing and delivering business process improvements and SAP-enabled solutions across S4 Quality Management and Batch management. The position will play a critical role in Hollister's digital transformation roadmap by driving process standardization, system optimization and integration across SAP S/4HANA and connected manufacturing systems. 

The successful candidate will work closely with global Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and IT teams across multiple regions and time zones.

Therefore travel requirements will be up to 20% may be required to support global project deployments, stakeholder workshops, system implementations, training activities and site support across Europe,  North America.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects related to Quality and Batch management.
  • Lead requirements gathering, process design workshops and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities for process standardization and optimization.
    Provide functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management and Batch Management.
    Support integration of SAP QM with SAP MM, PP, EWM, & SD
  • Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams to implement integrated solutions.
  • Support implementations, upgrades, testing, training and change management activities.
  • Develop strong partnership with global business and IT stakeholders.

  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead or support special projects aligned with departmental objectives.
  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvements or automation opportunities.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain secure handling of sensitive information.

Education & Work Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience

Education & Work Preferences

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, SAP Functional Consulting or related roles.
  • Strong SAP S/4HANA expertise in Quality Management including experience of an SAP implementation in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing and supply chain processes in a regulated environment preferred.
  • 5+ years of SAP QM functional experience.
  • Strong understanding of quality management processes in manufacturing operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP certification in SAP Quality Management.
  • Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
  • Understanding of SAP-MES integration, EBR, manufacturing traceability and Industry 4.0 concepts.
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI.
  • Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP environments.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori applications and SAP Analytics solutions.
