Join Our Team at Hollister as a Production Operator!
Location: Ballina, Ireland
Contract: Initial 6-month contract
Shifts: Weekend Days or Weekend Nights (Saturday and Sunday, 12-hour shifts: 7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am)

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain Key Performance Measures (e.g., OEE/Clean & Check).
- Work collaboratively as part of a flexible team.
- Become proficient in at least three processes.
- Train others in specific tasks.
- Actively participate in the Continuous Improvement Process.
- Share responsibility within your team for:
- Schedule Achievement
- Quality
- Safe Working
- Housekeeping/Basic Machine Care
- Maintaining & Improving Efficiency
- Achieving Spoilage Targets
Education Requirements:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
Skills Required:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience in medical device/pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or in a cleanroom environment is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
- Fluency in English.
