Responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver and support accounting and financial transactions such as Bank Statements, AP, Travel Expenses, Intercompany, Cash Management/Treasury.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely month/year end closing tasks in accordance with applicable GAAP.
  • Support cooperation with external partners: auditors, tax advisors, service providers, and banks.
  • Prepare agreed financial reports for Kaunas CoE entities.
  • Contribute to development of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist financial analysts during annual planning cycles.
  • Collaborate with corporate accounting and other corporate departments.
  • Support preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial metrics.
  • Help define and monitor KPIs for the Kaunas CoE organization.
  • Support implementation of Concur, Coupa, E‑invoicing and other financial tools.
  • Act as Key User for systems such as COUPA, SAP, travel expense tools, and KPI analytics.
  • Drive improvements in administrative and financial processes across business entities and Kaunas Finance.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2–5 years of experience in an international environment.
  • At least 3 years of AP/AR accounting experience.
  • Basic knowledge of financial closing processes (Financial Statements, Month/Year-End).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Accounting qualification or equivalent background.
  • Proven SAP experience.
  • Project and change management exposure.
  • Experience working in a Shared Service Center.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Hands-on, proactive working style.
  • Excellent command of Business English.
  • German or other European languages (French, Italian, Dutch) considered an advantage.
