Job responsibilities:
- Participate in projects which include Capacity, New Products, and Cost Reduction, and involve highly automated production equipment
- Responsible for specification & design of Electrical & Controls systems for automated manufacturing equipment
- Support qualification of new production equipment / processes, and ensure compliance to quality standards through execution of protocols
- Ensure safety compliance of control hardware/software, and support both conduction and timely closeout of risk assessments
- Responsible for developing, tracking & communicating project plans for all control tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation/Controls Engineering, Software/Programming, or a closely related technical field
- 3–5 years of professional experience working with automated or semi‑automated manufacturing equipment, including hands‑on commissioning, debugging, and optimization
- Proven expertise in PLC‑based machine control, including programming, troubleshooting, and integration of operator interface (HMI) systems
- Experience with automation subsystems, such as servo and motion control systems, industrial vision systems for inspection or quality control, sensors, actuators, and robotics used in automated environments
- Proficiency with industrial communication networks, such as Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or similar fieldbus technologies
- Practical experience in equipment qualification, validation, and execution of protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) is considered highly beneficial
- Ability to manage and deliver tasks within structured project environments, including planning, task tracking, and cross‑functional communication
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken) is required
- Willingness to grow professionally, adopt new technologies, and contribute to a continuous‑improvement culture
