The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for the coordination of best practices and process improvements across the Stuarts Draft facility, including but not limited to; planning, scheduling, and inventory control. The Supply Chain Specialist also ensures continuous supply and timely procurement of materials in order to maintain customer service targets, at optimum costs. This role will manage and execute projects supporting material transfers, new product development and corporate strategic initiatives compatible with Hollister’s Mission and Vision.



  • Independently perform complex Finished Goods and WIP planning and inventory management activities to meet customer demand, while minimizing inventory investment and maximizing operational efficiency.
  • Manage and execute projects in order to support product transfers, new product development, material changes and corporate/local strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and implement parameters that balance inventories and customer service to meet plant expectations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement new technologies in planning related functions.
  • Proactively address changes in market conditions to secure the supply chain.
  • Partner with Finance organization to assist annual standard cost assessments and resolve invoicing issues with Accounts Payable.
  • Provide other functional areas with data needed to enable cost reductions, manage and control scrap, facilitate AFE approval, support New Product Development, projects, etc.
  • Responsible for achieving competency in all identified skill requirements outlined in associated training profile for position.



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required
  • At least two years’ previous experience in a Supply Chain Organization required
  • Previous production planning experience in a high volume/high mix manufacturing  environment preferred
  • APICS or ISM certification preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Database and large scale ERP experience a plus
  • RapidResponse (Kinaxis) experience preferred
