This position assists the QA Auditor Team in auditing materials & processes for quality requirements supporting Safety, Quality, Service and Cost with accountability for results.




  • Ability to work well in team environment with production teams, Team Leaders and QA management
  • Proactive and reactive in 5S
  • Ability to speak clearly and effectively in order to communicate efficiently with suppliers, engineers and production teams.
  • Ability to investigate cause(s) for quality defects when necessary
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Control Room requirements
  • Actively participate in team meetings and goal setting/accomplishments
  • Volunteer services and/or knowledge on team projects and Team Engagement Roles.
  • Ability to use problem solving/lean tools to resolve team issues
  • Support and practice current policies
  • Regularly uses effective communication skills in giving/receiving feedback to resolve conflict situations
  • Performs other duties as directed by Team Leader


Essential Functions of the Role

  • Effectively operate specific test equipment and calibrate according to specifications and schedules.
  • Perform quality audits on materials at various levels, document the results
  •  Provide non-conforming materials for rework procedures where applicable
  • Extensive knowledge of electronic programs and other relevant computer resources to communicate, reference requirements, manage inventory and store results.
  • Ability to pull and submit radiation dose, bio-burden, water test and any other special non-routine tests on materials and products as required.
  • Routinely aid Operations with quality training (specifications, drawings, measuring)
  • Coordination with operations to prioritize daily work schedule
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Routinely perform random audits on other processes within the facility
