The Sr. Manager Customer Marketing is responsible for driving engagement with current and potential end users across Ostomy and Continence Care in the U.S. market.  This individual develops the strategy to reach and appeal to end-users and clinicians to drive awareness, purchase intent and trial of Hollister products and services across both the Ostomy and Continence & Critical Care portfolios.The Sr. Manager would work closely with the Sr. Director, US Marketing to set goals for end-user and customer engagement and works collaboratively across functions to design and execute plans to maximize engagement and put metrics in place to monitor performance vs. goals.The Sr. Manager leads a team of marketers who represent the voice of the end users, and channel partners; developing a deep understanding of their specific needs and identifying gaps in the Hollister portfolio and providing recommendations for the development of products and programs to position Hollister as the brand and partner of choice to fulfill those needs.The Sr. Manager serves as a “Player-Coach” leading a team, while maintaining their own projects to support the needs of the business.


This team will also maintain responsibility for areas that cut across to entire U.S. business including both Continence Care and Ostomy such as:


  • Conventions and Literature Management
  • Relationships with Advocacy groups and Influencers
  • Key point of contact with Market Access Team
  • Partnering with Key Account Manager (KAMs) team to identify and capitalize on channel partner opportunities
  • Partner with Secure Start team on development of patient acquisition and retention programs
  • Some of the Key metrics for this role will be :
  • Purchase intent and brand preference for Hollister among end-users and clinicians
  • Increasing number of End-user and clinician engagements
  • Increased number of End users with purchase intent
  • Increased number of sample requests.
  • The Sr. Manager Marketing will be responsible for managing their activities within the defined budget and resources available.  The Sr. Manager Marketing will successfully oversee all aspects of marketing specific to the product and will possess the ability and experience to drive and execute these responsibilities with minimal management oversight.



  • Partner with Sr. Director to set annual growth goals for customer engagement across all key touchpoints in the U.S. Market  ( End-users, Clinicians, Key Customers)
  • Partner with key cross functional partners in Secure Start, Global Marketing, Corporate Accounts, Market Access, and Global Market Intelligence to develop and drive programs to support growth across full Hollister portfolio (Ostomy and Continence & Critical Care in the US Market.
  • Manage US presence in Conventions for Ostomy and Continence Care
  • Manage the Literature Development (VEEVA) and Management process for full US marketing team. Proactively streamline library of literature.
  • Manage relationships with Advocacy groups, and cultivate relationship with influencers to support efforts to drive awareness and brand preference.
  • Identify and track a set of leading and lagging indicators to monitor performance and make adjustments.
  • Partner with KAMs team to identify and capitalize on channel partner opportunities
  • Manage, Coach and develop team
  • Manage to established budgets


Essential Functions of the Role:

  • Ability to operate a computer and utilize standard office equipment
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel, including internationally


Work Experience Requirements:

  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 8-12
  • Minimum of 7 yrs. product management or marketing experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Medical device marketing or healthcare marketing preferred
  • Experience in Ostomy, Continence Care or both preferred but not required


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in marketing or business
  • MBA preferred
