The Senior Specialist Global Compensation and Equity Administration, under the general oversight of Legal, will be responsible for administering our Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and Benefit of Employee Share Ownership Program (BESOP) records, including new grants, transactions, annual global Securities law financial questionnaires, and cancellations/payouts.

The Sr. Specialist will have primary responsibility for all required reporting related to equity, LTIP and BESOP programs and will ensure any taxes related to any LTIP and BESOP awards and vested RSGs are properly recorded with payroll.  They will counsel and collaborate with HR Business Partners and Legal on equity, LTIP and BESOP program documentation and practices, as well as lead or execute routine activities related to program administration including vendor management.



  • Responsible for the Equity Management System used to house LTIP and BESOP data, including loading of employee data, loading of LTIP and BESOP awards, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity, designing and delivering reports, and managing the vendor relationship, including the Cap Table 
  • Process LTIP and BESOP award transactions and communicate transaction details to US and international payroll teams 
  • Process all new LTIP and BESOP awards, terminations, cancellations, and modifications; ensure accurate online annual BESOP award notices and agreements are attached to each record
  • Provide Legal with payroll tax withholding amount estimates in connection with vested RSGs by partnering with country payroll/controllers with adequate payroll tax expertise to ensure reasonable estimates are provided and confirm with payroll that requisite tax payments have been collected from Associates if needed
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly and custom reports on LTIP and BESOP activit
  • Provide support to the Legal team, when requested by Legal, related to the annual Securities law financial questionnaire completed by Associates in connection with BESOP and the Share Offering program
  • Provide support to the Legal team related to Associate data for the Share Offering program
  • Partner regularly with Accounting, Payroll, Finance, Legal and HR teams to ensure privacy, tax reporting and regulatory requirements are maintained, and support financial forecasting processes
  • Produce ad hoc analyses with quick turnarounds based on business requests
  • If requested by Legal, assist with preparation of RSG grant list and exhibits for Board approvals
  • Assist in stock compensation expense calculations
  • Provide excellent customer service to LTIP and BESOP participants at all levels of the organization
  • Create ad-hoc stock vesting and tax detail reports of employee LTIP and BESOP compensation data
  • Prepare educational materials and training presentations on LTIP and BESOP related topic 



  • 8-12 overall years experience is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred
  • CCP/GRP preferred 
  • Working in an analytical role, preferably supporting global compensation and equity programs on a corporate level 
  • Experience with administration of global compensation and equity programs for both private and public companies
  • Broad experience with different compensation and equity award forms, e.g. LTIP, RSU, PSU, stock option, and ESPP
  • Strong understanding of U. S. federal and state compensation and equity taxation and general knowledge of global compensation and equity taxation
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and internal/external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
  • Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables, V Lookup and formulas
  • Experience implementing compensation and equity administration software
  • Third-party and in-house system data entry
  • Detailed spreadsheet work
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Leading and participating in meetings, both in person and through video conferencing;
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage changing expectations
  • Fluent in English language
