Summary
In this pivotal role as Global Marketing Manager Continence Care, Female portfolio, you will be in a high-profile position globally leading a dynamic segment part of our Continence Care portfolio and report to the Global Marketing Director, Continence Care. Responsibilities

Product Portfolio Ownership

  • Drive NPC (New Product Commercialization) projects through Hollister SPRING process
  • Define additional product portfolio needs and drive programs to fill gaps. Identify and prioritize new products
  • Manage market input/feedback and translate into true market needs and product features
  • Develop and update global launch plans throughout SPRING stage-gate process in order to justify advancement of the project
  • Manage forecasting for new products with local BUs and Corporate Finance  in order to build solid financial decision making platform
  • Lead the creation of strong product positioning, including development of marketing claims for new products
  • Create Global Go 2 Market launch plans for new products and  develop global campaigns for new product launches
  • Support local BUs in developing local new product launch plans through the “GO 2 Market” process
  • Monitor and report product launch progress (as part of post launch review plan)
  • Support product portfolio related Operations initiatives (e.g. cost savings) that have a customer/market facing component

Collaboration with Local Marketing teams

  • Act as key business partner for an assigned geographic region, partnering with all country level marketing teams within that region
  • Work collaboratively with local marketing, country managers, regional VPs to define and implement local strategies
  • Provide leadership to the BU's and functional groups to ensure effective and consistent execution of agreed-to marketing strategies and plans
  • Gain market insights and translate into business/portfolio needs
  • Work with BU’s to capture data on product performance & opportunities, monitor KPI’s on new product launches, meet forecast numbers

 

Essential Functions of the Role

  • Act as the voice of the customer in cross-functional business, project, and strategic decision-making

 

Work Experience Requirements

  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 8-12
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in medical device or healthcare industry
  • Direct experience launching new products is required

 

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare or technical discipline required

 

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge

  • Strong relationship management and communications skills required
  • Project management experience required
  • Healthcare and/or medical device experience required
  • Product launch experience required  
  • Robust analytical ability and understanding of forecasting process required
  • Strong understanding of healthcare/medical devices environment required Solid understanding of healthcare reimbursement policies and potential impact on Hollister strategy
  • Team leadership experience preferred
  • Experience developing and executing marketing plans/campaigns preferred
  • Regional or global marketing experience/ collaboration
