Hollister Incorporated is looking for a Manager, Global End User Data to be part of the Global End-User Marketing team.

This individual will serve as the internal expert on consumer data located in Salesforce.com, Pardot, and other applicable systems.  They will have the ability to understand business strategies and objectives, and be able to identify opportunities where end user data can be leveraged to help achieve desired business goals.


As the owner of the end user data model, this individual will manage, maintain, and refine the Global Standardized Data Model as needed to ensure desired outcomes are achieved across all global brands.  Strong collaboration with the Commercial IT team will be required to develop and implement scalable and reliable data solutions, support system integration efforts, and create operational efficiencies through automation and process improvements.


This role will be at the forefront of helping to transform our marketing technology capabilities, by enabling the creation of high quality customer profiles, robust audience segmentation, and by developing and driving processes to enable executional excellence.



  • Aligning data models to support company strategic goals and business needs
  • Own development & execution of end user business data management and governance strategies
  • Define technical criteria for segmentation and targeting needs
  • Owner for all projects with the objective of making changes to consumer data
  • Plays an active role in any/all system integrations that involve the automated transfer or modification of consumer data
  • Develop and implement a collaborative framework for working with local markets to ensure the success of the global vision
  • Partner closely with commercial IT and the global marketing organization on all projects
  • Responsible for maintaining data quality and leading all data hygiene efforts
  • Document, and evangelize best practices relating to data entry/collection, use, and analysis in tools such as salesforce.com
  • Lead trainings on and assist colleagues with entering, locating, interpreting, and analyzing data as well as creating reports and designing visualizations that respond to company needs
  • Participate in projects that involve consumer data capture, storage, use, modification, or deletion
  • Develop simple, dependable automated reports and dashboards to report key metrics that deliver information that is easy to understand at all levels of the organization
  • Partner with Cyber Security and Legal/Compliance across data domains globally
  • Identify current and emerging business needs and evaluate technology solutions to balance short term and long-term objectives


Work Experience Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of professional experience, preferably in positions requiring data collection, cleansing, and analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) technical concepts and tools (salesforce.com & Pardot preferred)
  • Can explain and present complex technical information & ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in a persuasive and convincing manner
  • Need to understand and speak both technology and business, to facilitate productive discussions between the technical and business teams
  • Able to understand and communicate the potential impact of emerging technologies and data privacy regulations on organizations and individuals and can analyze the risks of using or not using such technologies
  • Experience in creating and implementing new processes and procedures
  • Experience in medical device business preferred
  • Global operating experience required (e.g. navigating GDPR regulations)
  • Ability to work cross culturally and to flex personal style to create stronger connection

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Focus on data management and consumer engagement preferred

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:

  • Experience with CDP/DMP preferred
  • Experience with first, second and third party data sets is preferred

  • English fluency
