The Digital Transformation Change Manager is responsible for developing and delivering effective change strategies and plans for highly visible initiatives led by the Global IT organization. This position calls for a strategic business-minded thinker and talented change management professional with exceptional consultative, writing and storytelling, collaboration and stakeholder management skills. The ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment is essential. 


  • Work closely with  company and Global IT leaders to develop and execute global change management strategies and plans supporting business initiatives led by IT
  • Align Global IT changes to assess overall impact on stakeholders
  • Lead stakeholder, change impact and change readiness assessments
  • Develop and manage plans to facilitate change adoption, stakeholder management, and awareness and readiness through effective communication, training, and sustainability plans
  • Serve as a coach to functional, program and project leaders on change leadership, stakeholder management and various organization change matters
  • Responsible for developing impactful and informative materials to engage key stakeholders
  • Interact at all levels of the organization and serve as a coach on Associate communication, stakeholder management, resistance management, impact assessment, change readiness, sustainability planning, learning design  and various organizational change matters.
  • Co-lead global Change Management Practitioner Community of Practice
  • Collaborate with various Corporate functions on the scheduling and delivery of Associate communications
  • Manage all aspects of change management plans ensuring alignment with defined milestones and budget
  • Other duties as required or assigned


  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive and related change management experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in ,Information Technology, Business, Organization Change, Communications, Marketing, relevant social sciences or equivalent experience  
  • Masters’ degree in related field or certification in change management preferred
  • Experience working in or with a global IT organization is required
  • Must be able to work outside of standard work hours and weekends based on project need
  • Ability to travel across US and international locations up to 25%
  • Knowledge of current change management trends, and proven ability to apply that knowledge to developing and producing plans and deliverables
  • Experience in developing multi-country change management and communications plans and tactics to achieve business objectives and executing change activities
  • Excellent consultative and coaching skills and ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences, including senior organizational leaders
  • Knowledgeable in strategic communications planning methodology, leading edge practices, trends and information; aware of employee engagement strategies and innovative tactics being applied in the marketplace
  • Exceptional writing, communication, storytelling, and project management skills, including visual design skills
  • Must be well organized, able to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and follow through on commitments
  • Ability to exercise a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent interpersonal and Customer service skills
