Summary:

Associate Manager, Marketing Analytics and Execution is responsible for the measuring and reporting out on the effectiveness of US marketing programs across the Ostomy and Continence Care business.  This individual develops and maintains dashboards to track performance against specific goals for programs.  This role influences business planning and program prioritization through fact based analysis, customer, and competitive insights, and in-depth market knowledge.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Ostomy, Continence Care and Customer marketing teams to develop and maintains Dashboards to measure effectiveness of marketing programs
  • Serves as Project Manager for the team for major initiatives (U.S. strategic planning process, market model updates etc.. )
  • Liaison with Global Market Research (GMIA) to parse out U.S. specific insights and data cuts
  • Conducts analysis of key market trends in partnership with Continence Care and Ostomy Marketing teams to support specific targeting initiatives.
  • Conducts segmentation analysis to uncover opportunities within the U.S. market and support prioritization of these priorities during annual marketing planning process 
  • Main point of contact for Market Access Team

 

Work Experience Requirements

  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 2-5
  • At least 3 years of marketing analytics or management consulting, primarily in the medical device or healthcare arena; or
  • 3+ Years in Healthcare marketing
  • Vendor management experience preferred

 

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills required.
  • Ability to leverage analytics, primary and secondary research techniques to develop actionable insights & recommendations.
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Proven track record of producing results in a matrix or global environment
  • Healthcare experience necessary; Ostomy, wound care, or continence care experience highly desired.
  • Distributor experience desired.
  • Possess understanding of the broad healthcare environment and medical devices to identify and
  • proactively address opportunities and threats
  • Understanding of the healthcare business environment and pricing: federal, state and local governments, payor and managed care markets, and distribution channels

 

Education Requirements

  • B.S. Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance, / Statistical Analysis or related analytical or technical discipline
  • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
