HR Intern

Hollister Incorporated is seeking an HR Intern at its manufacturing plant in Kirksville, MO. This summer internship position, reporting to Human Resources Business Partner, will provide the opportunity to develop fundamental professional human resources skills while providing day-to-day support to the plant. This is a wonderful opportunity for a current student interested in the human resources field to work directly on a variety of projects that have an immediate impact on the HR function.

 The ideal candidate requires:

• Enrollment in a full-time, undergraduate program at an accredited college or university; ideally an individual entering their junior or senior year of college
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with executive level staff
• Microsoft Office skills
• The ability to be flexible and a passion to learn
• A sense of urgency and ownership, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Great attention to detail
• A collaborative attitude with a team-player mentality
