Training Coordinator

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize trainings for new­ entering employees of manufacturing procedures and practices
  • Train and couch employees of production teams (operators, technicians etc.) 
  • Create, update, and maintain manufacturing training documentation and training records
  • Generate training audit reports and maintain all training records/certificates
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to identify training needs and design training programs
  • Be part of continues improvement team and work with 5S, KAIZEN  implementation and optimization

 

         Requirements:

  • Study Degree in Business Management/Administration or related field
  • Work experience in a training and production based environment
  • Good time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
