  • Own, manage and identify improvements in Change Control Process
  • Develop test plans, analyze test data and interpret results
  • Generate original ideas based on professional knowledge of the discipline, assessment of needs and potential solutions / recommends solutions within the context of the professional discipline
  • Assume project management roles coordinating the activities of various groups around the company such as clinical, regulatory, and stability
  • Develop realistic action steps, timetables, and resource estimates for technical projects
  • Actively participate on cross-functional team and supports the completion of team deliverables
  • Validates plans within the team and acts on suggestions for improvement
  • Establishes a rapport with their work team which allows them to identify key resources and network efficiently




  • 2 to 5  years’ of experience in Project Engineering area, coming from manufacturing background (food/pharma/medical device/biotech or similar)
  • Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Proven track record in project management and project leadership
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in accomplishing well-defined tasks
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate relevant technologies and processes to others in the technical group and provide project updates to non-technical key stakeholders
  • Very good English language skills
  • Previous knowledge or experience in bonding technology, polymer film processing and material testing is preferred  
  • Familiarity with Regulatory and Biosafety aspects of medical devices design and development is preferred
