The role of a Management Accountant in Lithuania is to complete plant management accounting and financial reporting activities compatible with Hollister’s Mission and Vision. The position is responsible for cost accounting, financial closing and reporting, annual operating plan, product cost control, manufacturing variance analysis, inventory reporting, and other analyses.  The individual is a Finance representative on the plant team and will be required to interact regularly with Production, Supply chain, engineering, and other staff.



·   Prepare the annual operating, midyear review forecasts, Strategy plans and support the preparation of the presentations to management.

· Prepare and develop Hollister monthly financial and management reporting including variance/expense analysis and plant scorecard templates.

· Prepare weekly manufactured units reports and manufacturing variances reports by giving insights and solutions.

· Daily monitor, report and assess the plant’s manufacturing efficiency, scrap level, and financial performance to the plan. For variances, analysis works closely with value stream, supply chain, and engineering departments’ responsible people on a daily basis.

·  Support the Cost Improvement Program by advising project leaders as to the financial impact of cost improvement projects and ensure the accurate forecasting and reporting of savings.

·  Establish, maintain, and ensure accuracy of plant standard costs in SAP.

·  Support the development of financial and operational justifications for capital investments (AFE process), control spending in line with approval limits, and assess for impairments.

·  Provide inventory reporting and ensure inventories are recorded accurately, monitor and maintain adequate obsolescence reserves and minimize inventory exposure risks.

· Analyze and support in Engineering Change Notices (ECN) preparations.

·  Conduct financial analysis/modeling, interpret data, and provide guidance that assists management in meeting financial targets.

Work Experience Requirements:

·  Number of Overall Years Necessary: 2-5

·  Manufacturing cost accounting environment.


Education Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field is required.


Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:

·  Excellent communication skills.

·  Public speaking requirements.

·  Advanced financial analysis and insights skills and strong attention to detail.

·  Standard cost valuation and analysis.

·  Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands

·  MS Office (advanced Excel level, Word, Powerpoint).

·  Cost accounting in ERP systems environment, preferably SAP.


Languages required:

·  English and Lithuanian language required
