Responsibilities:

• Technical implementation of one or more of the following LIMS, RIMS, QMS, CAPA, Product labelling, documentation management, audit tracking tools
• Use of best practice options with PLM and ERP plus multi-source data models via Cubes / Data Lake, PowerBI, embedded analytics, AI & Machine Learning
• Connecting Core and Edge systems – such as connections with Regulatory management, Quality management, external planning and warehouse management systems
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for process enhancements, assesses implementation and maintenance costs, manages the departmental budget, and monitors financial performance against the approved plan
• Lead complex process changes and system enhancements, balancing resources and budget to ensure the application meets user requirements and project cost expectations
• Participate in the IT portfolio planning process by leading business needs discussions, prioritization of needs, and business case development
• Provide oversight of test strategy and execution to assure technical design meets functional requirements
• Collaborate with business counterparts to assess training needs and shares best practices on current processes to ensure effective and efficient use of software applications
• Analyze business needs, bring market knowledge, identify viable alternative solutions, and present the business/technical impact of the solutions

Requirements:

• Number of Overall Years Necessary: 8-12
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a related business function – R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs
• A minimum or 7 years of experience business process analysis and design with any PLM solution, SAP (or another comparable ERP Package), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), CAD, Product Labelling, Digital Manufacturing, Quality Management Systems
• BS/BA , or equivalent business experience in a business related discipline
• MBA or advanced degree desirable
• PMI or Agile certification preferred
• Any Six Sigma / Lean skills can drive efficiency and speed to market

4700-6400 €/mon. gross after assessing your competencies and work experience.

This salary range is only valid for the position based in Kaunas, Lithuania.
