As Territory Manager Finlands you drive sales and drive competitively the usage of Dansac and/or Hollister prioritized/portfolio products in the territory by establishing strong working relationships with key customers/opinion leaders and demonstrating accountability with the focus on delivering superior customer satisfaction.

Also, you plan and execute territory plans aligned with annual marketing and Market access plans.


Responsibilities:
•    Develop and Execute the annual territory plan, as agreed with the Sales Manager and Product Manager
•    Deliver sales cycle objectives & targets
•    Analyze and track territory sales, identify opportunities, suggest and implement corrective actions in co-operation with Manager
•    Manage customer contact, ensure calls/visits, delivering activities & services to obtain highly satisfied customers to all targeted customers according to territory plans
•    Provide feedback and progress to the Sales Manager on all sales cycle objectives, territory campaigns and activities
•    Continuously develop, train and living Hollister´s selling process (PSS= Professional Selling Skills)
•    Provide continuous competitor feedback to the Manager and team members
•    Develop and maintain up to date product knowledge, aligned with procedures and practice
•    Ensure that samples, aids and training to customers are maintained in excellent order.
•    Ensure timely and accurate account profiles and records, utilizing provided CRM system, Sales Force
•    Actively participate and contribute to internal meetings (Sales Conferences, coordination between sales team (Dual brand strategy), marketing and market access.


Essential Functions of the Role:
•    Must be able to travel within the country and participate at internal & international/Nordic sales meeting and external congresses.
•    Must hold a valid driving license


Work Experience Requirements
•    Number of Overall Years necessary: 2-5
•    3+ sales representative experience desirable
•    3+ years sales experience from Medical Device Industry/ Pharmaceutical Industry desirable
•    Clinical experience from Hospitals/ Health Care institutions/ Home Care desirable
•    Demonstrated skill at meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•    Demonstrated ability to meet customer needs/identifying and addressing customer concerns.
•    Demonstrated skills in using Microsoft Office package and CRM systems


Education Requirements
•    Degree or equivalent desirable

Local Specifications (English and Local Language):
•         Fluent in local language and English
