Hybrid in Port St Lucie, FL - In office Monday-Wednesday 

 

Responsibilities:

The New Customer Enrollment (NCE) Supervisor is responsible for developing, supervising, guiding, motivating, and evaluating ABC Medical’s NCE teams while implementing department policies. The NCE Supervisor is responsible for overseeing that all written and electronic medical records within the company’s record system is complete, accurate, maintained, secured and only available to authorized personnel, and will report directly to the Manager of NCE. 
 

  • Implements and enforces policies and procedures for the handling of new customers. 
  • Ensures compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). 
  • Monitors the accurateness of customer records 
  • Drives continuous improvement of internal processes.   
  • Continuous achievement of SLA’s. 
  • Coaching and Mentoring of the NCE team members. 
  • Supervise, guide, motivate and evaluate NCE team personnel. 
  • Trains and supervises the NCE personnel in the daily operations of the department.  
  • Orients new staff to the relationship and interaction of the NCE team with other company staff. 
  • Provides recommendations for continued improvement. 
  • Adheres to departmental and company policies and procedures. 
  • Develops, Supervises and Maintains relationships between Sales team, Referral sources, and Internal departments. 
  • Responsible for assigning and coordinating daily workflow.
  • Performance Management and evaluations. 
  • Manages escalated calls/situations. 
  • Supervises and monitors quality of work performed by NCE team members. 

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • General understanding of payor guidelines
  • DME product knowledge, continence care and ostomy a plus
  • Previous training and development experience

 

Pay Transparency Statement:

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $52,598-$97,682 per year. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
  • The Company also provides a unique Benefit of Employee Share Ownership Program (BESOP) program based on earnings and length of service.
