Assistant Facility Maintenance Technician

In deze functie

• onderhoud, installeer, verwijder en repareer je alle mechanische apparatuur van het gebouw indien nodig.
• Los je problemen op met het HVAC-systeem van de faciliteit, de bedieningselementen van de gebouwautomatisering en de koelapparatuur.
• Houd je de prestaties van de transportband in de gaten.
• Beheer je de reserveonderdelen.
• Ben je eerste aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers.
• Voer je mechanisch, pneumatisch en elektrisch onderhoud uit aan diverse machines, installaties en apparaten
• Signaleer en los je technische storingen op
• Assisteer je bij het testen van machines en installaties
• Assisteer bij alle facilitaire technische inspecties
• Regel je servicereparaties voor gehuurde materialen (heftrucks)
• Ondersteun je het hoveniersbedrijf en de sneeuwservice, dakinspecties etc.

Opleidingsvereisten

• MTS (bij voorkeur Elektrotechniek)
• Veiligheidscertificaat voor aannemers (VCA)
• Gecertificeerd voor Man-up, EPT en heftruck

Werkervaring

• 3-5 jaar technische onderhoudsondersteuning in de toeleveringsketen of productie
