Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to HR Business Partners and company leadership, aligning activities with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of company data submissions to domestic and international compensation surveys, coordinating with local HR management as necessary.
- Make informed recommendations to leadership on additional survey sources or changes to current sources based on business needs.
- Regularly liaise with Accounting, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR teams to ensure compliance with tax reporting and regulatory requirements, supporting financial forecasting processes.
- Develop educational materials and lead training sessions on compensation topics.
- Conduct position evaluations and make recommendations on salary ranges and levels to the Director of Global Compensation.
- Assist in managing the Position Management Module in the HRIS system.
- Partner with the Director of Global Compensation to administer the annual Performance Management program.
- Assist the Total Rewards team with reporting and analytics requests.
- Participate in HR-related projects as required.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably supporting compensation programs on a corporate level
- Bachelor’s degree required; GRP and/or CCP preferred
- Strong PC skills, especially in Excel, Access, or other spreadsheet and database applications
- Preferred experience in SAP and SuccessFactors
- Familiarity with MarketPay is advantageous

Salary
From 2800 €/mon. gross
