Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and/or direct project teams in the completion/modification of production equipment to ensure capacity and/or cost saving goals are achieved in alignment with AOP/Strategic Plan
• Plan, schedule, and execute project activities. Ensure team deliverables are aligned with all stakeholders and are compliant with quality processes
• Manage and track main KPIs (budget, timeline, scope) against agreed project goals
• Coach and mentor team members by providing guidance, direction and/or technical expertise
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with functional managers to drive project deliverables and team success
• Establish communication schedule with key stakeholders, ensuring customer requirements are understood and project milestones and risks are reported regularly
• Ensure adherence to Hollister’s project life cycle process

Requirements:

• Proven ability to motivate and co-ordinate multi-functional and cross-geographical teams to meet agreed deliverables
• Experienced with the use of project management tools and skills; with detailed knowledge of process and project planning best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop a team culture that leads to ongoing excellence and achievement of goals
• Proven track record to manage extensive communications both up and down in the organization to keep stakeholders appropriately engaged and informed to drive success of a project
• Strong analytical, planning, organization, and time management skills to effectively execute project plans and budgets and manage conflicting priorities 
• Demonstrated success managing full scale commercial production equipment implementation
• Able to create and critique project specific documents (URS, RFQ, FAT protocol, etc) and other relevant documentation to drive successful equipment implementation
• Foster and manage supplier relationships throughout the complete equipment life cycle
• Effective decision-making skills: ability to negotiate and balance decisions and priorities across various stakeholders. Makes timely and effective decisions in the face of risk and uncertainty
• Drive high performance culture by fostering innovation, personal accountability, and a commitment to results
