Summary: 

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, evaluating, and delivering multiple projects using Hollister's project management methodology. Collaborating with IT, applications, and business teams, the Project Manager will refine project scopes, ensure appropriate resource allocation, and manage project risks effectively. Additionally, the Project Manager will participate in portfolio planning activities, financial planning, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of assigned projects according to approved schedules and budgets
• Facilitate requirement gathering and plan project lifecycle deployment
• Build and lead project teams effectively, ensuring proper resource allocation
• Plan resources, budgets, and schedules using Planview and other tools
• Develop strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
• Identify, document, and resolve project issues efficiently
• Create and maintain project documentation per established methodology
• Evaluate project progress continually, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and scope
• Monitor time reporting by project team members and submit monthly project status reports
• Present project updates to executives to seek approval for budget required for each project phase
• Coordinate vendor requests for proposals, statement of works, and other contractual elements
• Participate in portfolio and financial planning processes, updating schedules and budgets in Planview
• Collaborate with IT, application, and business teams, providing regular updates and facilitating resource planning
• Participate in SPRING IT training, preparing training material and providing coaching and mentoring to other Project Managers

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of professional work experience
• 5-8 years of IT Project Management experience (preferred)
• BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent related field of study
• PMP Certification or Equivalent preferred
• Solid experience using waterfall project management methodologies
• Experienced in managing multiple projects
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
• Sound knowledge of facilitating business requirements in both application and infrastructure projects
• Strong experience with at least one Project planning tool
• Fluency in English is required

Salary:

3200-4400 €/mėn. neatskaičius mokesčių
From 3200 euros (before taxes) after assessing your competencies and work experience.
