Responsibilities:

  • Develop and standardize the use of Standard Work in Kaunas and Fredensborg.
  • Meet training related compliance requirements: generate training audit reports, maintain all training records/certificates
  • Track and meet main Training/HR related KPIs
  • In collaboration with Team Leaders design training programs and presentations
  • Be a project leader and able to handle stakeholders, including: operators, technicians, production management, QA, and engineering functions.
  • Facilitate trainings
  • Administrate LMS (electronic Learning Management System)
  • Generate and implement ideas to improve efficiency, quality and waste in production.
  • Actively collaborate and support the Leadership team
  • Be part of continuous improvement team and work with 5S implementation and optimization in production

Requirements:

  • Study Degree in Production engineering or related field
  • Work experience in a training and/or production-based environment
  • Effective time management skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Being a team player
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in English and Danish
