Responsibilities:

 

Learning and Development (40%)

  • Designing annual learning and development calendar by identifying the training needs. Collaborating with various global and local managers to execute same.
  • Facilitate workshops and learning programs for all associates and adhering to the annual learning and development calendar. These include training on our standard people related processes such as HPM, DSP and IDPs.
  • Managing LMS activities including but not limited to assigning various training assignments to associates, resolving LMS related queries. This includes ensuring that Assocaites are assigned the correct global curricula for their function.
  • Conducting feedback surveys to know the efficacy of the Programs and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Continuous monitoring of LMS training completion compliance for HGBSI.
  • Actively liaise with corporate Talent Management Group on company-wide programs and initiatives.

 

  Onboarding and Offboarding (30%)

  • Working closely with recruitment team and managing end to end onboarding of all new hires.
  • Working with global and local hiring managers to prepare generic onboarding plan and job specific 30-60-90 days training program and ensuring adherence of it.
  • Ensure that the corporate Exit process is followed and set up exit Interviews as  required, analysing and providing insights.
  • Managing end to end exit documentation

 

Employee Engagement & Misc (30%)

  • Designing annual employee engagement calendar.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Supporting recruitment team in executing walk-in drives, On-Campus placement drives etc.
  • Reporting & dashboarding of all L&D, Onboarding, Offboarding, Engagement activities.
